How do I obtain a Cinebuzz Rewards membership card?

For existing members -

Next time you are at the box office simply quote your online card number and one of our friendly staff members will assign you with a new one, subject to availability. In order to do this, they will need to run a search either using your original card number, or your first and last names.

Once your card has been replaced, all your member details including your password, user name and points accrued will automatically be transferred to your new card. Please use your current login details to access your account online.

Please note that Event Cinemas are in the process of gradually phasing out plastic cards entirely and going digital. You can to access your digital card by logging in to your Cinebuzz account on the Event Cinemas app on your phone.

For new members -

Simply grab a Cinebuzz card from the cinema and ask the staff if they can activate it for you, or ask the staff over the counter for a card.*

You can then follow the instructions on the card and activate your card online here by signing up and entering the card number upon registration.

*Physical cards are subject to availability.

If you do not have a physical card, you can access your digital card from your account online when you log in.
