To get your Cinebuzz for Seniors card replaced if it has been damaged, lost or stolen, please follow the below instructions:
Next time you visit one of our cinemas, please ask one of our helpful staff members to replace your Cinebuzz for Seniors membership card. In order to do this, they will need to run a search either using your original card number, or your first and last names. From here, they can find your Cinebuzz for Seniors profile and give you a new card on the spot!
Please note that replacement cards are subject to availability as we are moving towards digital cards. If your cinema does not have any Cinebuzz cards in stock, please continue using your regular Cinebuzz card, or you can access the digital version of your card on the Event Cinemas app.
