Digital product orders are generally delivered within a few minutes of the nominated delivery time, however we do ask for you to allow up to an hour during peak periods. Note that some email clients have strong or sensitive security filters which might prevent the email from landing in your inbox; for this reason, be sure to check your junk or spam folder. For orders sent by post, please ensure you’ve allowed enough time for delivery in line with our delivery timelines. If you have not received your order following the standard delivery window, please get in touch so that we can investigate further.
