I did not receive a booking confirmation because I used multiple Dine & Discover NSW vouchers. What do I do now?

If you attempted to use more than one (1) Dine & Discover voucher registered to the same resident, in one booking, your booking attempt will have failed. Any funds charged to you are automatically refunded in this case. Please note it may take 3-5 business days to return to your account. We recommend re-attempting your booking, this time only using one (1) NSW voucher per resident.

If your booking attempt has failed, this means that your original voucher codes have been voided. The same codes won’t be able to be used again.

You will need to refresh your Service NSW app, and a new code will be generated. Dine and Discover vouchers are only valid for 10-minutes before a new unique code is generate within your account.
