As our Gift Cards are sold across multiple channels, you will need to contact the original point of sale in order for them to verify the purchase and process a request for activation.
- For cards purchased from Event Gift Shop (or Experience This), please click HERE.
- For cards purchased in store from one of our cinema locations directly, please click HERE.
- For cards purchased from one of our third party retailers (e.g. Coles, Woolworths, Myer, Australia Post), you will need to contact the original retailer directly. Unfortunately, we cannot handle these requests on your behalf as this process is managed by a third party distributor, who require the retailer to first verify the transaction. Third party Gift Cards are easily identified as they carry two barcodes on the back of the card.
