Booked the wrong date, time or film and the session has not started yet?

Bookings can be swapped up to two hours before your booked session by using the options on your booking confirmation email. Simply scroll below your booking barcode, to access the section where you can ‘Change Seats’ or ‘Change Session’. Please note that you can only make one change to your booking through this option.

If there is a price difference between your tickets, or you have booked using discounted Cinebuzz tickets including with points, we suggest getting into contact with the cinema you have booked for as they will be able to assist you further.

Please contact them directly by clicking HERE. Please note that a booking swap must be organised before your booked session begins as our no refund policy will apply after the session has passed.

If your booked session has not started and you can head into the cinema before the session is due to start, we recommend heading in store to get your tickets swapped over directly.

You are welcome to make a new booking for the correct session if this is easier for you. You can then request a refund for your incorrect purchase. Submit your refund request HERE. Be sure to include a copy of your correct and incorrect purchase for review.
