Why is my gift card coming up as 'not sold'?

As our Gift Cards are sold across multiple channels, you will need to contact the original point of sale in order for them to verify the purchase and process a request for activation.



CARDS PURCHASED FROM EVENT GIFT SHOPT OR EVENT CINEMAS VENUE


  • For cards purchased from Event Gift Shop (or Experience This) or an Event Cinemas location, please click HERE. Be sure to include a copy of your original receipt/proof of purchase in order for a team member to provide further assistance.


CARDS PURCHASED FROM A THIRD PARTY RETAILER


  • For cards purchased from one of our third party retailers (e.g. Coles, Woolworths, Myer, Australia Post), you will need to contact the original retailer directly. Unfortunately, we cannot handle these requests on your behalf as this process is managed by a third party distributor, who require the retailer to first verify the transaction. Third party Gift Cards are easily identified as they carry two barcodes on the back of the card.
