How do I cancel my Cinebuzz account?

Cinebuzz members who wish to close down their Cinebuzz account, can do so via the Event Cinemas app.

Follow the below steps to cancel your Cinebuzz account.

1. Visit the Event Cinemas app on your mobile device
2. Log into your Cinebuzz account
3. Once logged in, select your initials in the top right hand corner. This will navigate you to your profile page.
4. Select Preferences
5. Select the option Delete My Account
6. Follow the prompts to confirm this
