Can I refund or exchange? I booked the wrong date, time or film online and my session is starting within 2 hours.

It is not possible to exchange your tickets through any online source in this scenario as your booked session is too close to the start time.


We will need to head in store to your booked venue for assistance in exchanging your tickets prior to the booked session time commencing. 


Alternatively, if you are unable to head in store before your booked session is due to begin to request an exchange, you will need to make a new booking for the correct session you will be attending. You can then request a refund for the original purchase that you have not attended/collected in store.
