I booked the wrong date, time or film online and my session is starting within 2 hours. Can I refund or exchange?

It is not possible to exchange your tickets through any online source in this scenario as your booked session is too close to the start time. 


You will need to head in store to your booked venue for assistance in exchanging your tickets prior to the booked session time commencing. Alternatively, if you are unable to head in store to request an exchange before your booked session is due to begin, follow the below steps.


1. Make a new booking with us for the correct session you will be attending

2. Then request a refund for the original purchase that you have not attended and not collected in store.

3. Submit your refund request HERE. 

3. Be sure to include a copy of your correct and incorrect purchase for review.
