I booked the wrong cinema location. Can I refund or exchange?

Please note a booking cannot be swapped across different cinema locations. You will need to make a new booking for the correct Event Cinema location. You can then request a refund for your incorrect purchase.


Follow the below steps to get this resolved.


1. Make a new booking with us for the correct session you will be attending

2. Then request a refund for the original purchase that you have not attended and not collected in store.

3. Submit your refund request HERE. 

3. Be sure to include a copy of your correct and incorrect purchase for review.
