How do I contact Event Cinemas?

Event Cinemas Australia Customer Service can be contacted through our online support portal. 

1. Visit: and select 'Submit a ticket' in the top right hand corner.

2. In the dropdown menu, select what type of assistance you require.

3. Fill in all details and submit your support ticket. You will receive an email confirmation once your request has been submitted. This will include your unique ticket support ID #.

4. A team member will reply to your email as soon as possible.
