Our HQ Customer Service team work Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. If you have an urgent enquiry outside of these hours, we recommend visiting your local cinema for assistance.
Otherwise our team will respond to your online support request as soon as they can. To submit your request:
1. Visit the relevant link above to submit an email enquiry.
2. In the dropdown menu, select what type of assistance you require.
3. Fill in all details and submit your support ticket. You will receive an email confirmation once your request has been submitted. This will include your unique ticket support ID #.
4. A team member will reply to your email as soon as possible.
