What can I do if my gift card or voucher has been lost, stolen or misplaced?

Gift cards and vouchers cannot be replaced if they have been lost, stolen or misplaced.


If you have an image of your Gift Card or Voucher, you can still use the barcode number and PIN to make bookings online.


An eGift card or eVoucher order purchased through the Event Gift Shop, can be resent to you if you have misplaced the email copy of your order. You will need to provide the Order ID number and contact us HERE
