How does points earning work for CommBank Yello customers?

CommBank Yello customers can earn 5 CommBank Yello points for every $1 AUD (Inc GST) spent on eligible CommBank Yello Ticket and Food & Beverage purchases online through Event Cinemas. 

If the CommBank Yello customer meets the eligibility requirements of this offer, Yello Points will be issued to your CommBank Yello account within 31 days after an attended your movie session.

Tickets purchased directly through Event Cinemas cannot be retrospectively added to your CommBank Yello account. You must have signed in to CommBank Yello before proceeding to the Event Cinemas website

If your Yello Points are not appearing on your account within 31 days after your attended movie session, you will need to get in contact with the CommBank Yello Support Team HERE

Things to Note:

1. Any eligible points earn tickets must be booked online and are only accessible via the CommBank Yello APP. Discounted CommBank Yello tickets are not available for purchase in store
2. Online booking fees apply per ticket 
3. All CommBank Yello tiers earn the same amount of points.
4. CommBank Yello points currently no not be redeemed to a movie ticket or purchase food & beverage. CommBank Yellow points can only be earned on eligible purchases 
5. "Eligible Purchase" means a movie ticket that is labelled a 'CommBank Yello' ticket on the Event Cinemas website and any food or drink that is purchased by a CommBank Yello customer when they access the Event Cinemas website. 
6. CommBank Yello customers will not be eligible to earn points on the purchase of an Event Cinemas Gift Card or Voucher, booking fees or surcharges or any movie ticket that is not a 'CommBank Yello' ticket and any portion of a purchase that is made with an Event Cinemas gift card, movie voucher or by redeeming CommBank Yello Points. 
7. Points will not be earned on any portion of an Eligible Purchase that have been refunded to a CommBank Yello customer.
