How do I get a physical Cinebuzz card for my account?

We are taking steps to reduce our carbon footprint and one of those initiatives is reducing the use of plastic cards. We no longer send out new or replacement Cinebuzz cards.

You are able to access your digital Cinebuzz card by logging in to your Cinebuzz account on the Event Cinemas app on your phone.

Alternatively, standard cardboard Cinebuzz cards are subject to availability at your local cinema. If available, next time you are at the box office one of our friendly staff members will assign you with a new one. In order to do this, they will need to run a search either using your original card number, or your first and last names.

Once your card has been replaced, all your member details including your password, user name and points accrued will automatically be transferred to your new card. Please use your current login details to access your account online, as usernames will not be automatically updated to reflect your new card number.
