Digital Email Orders


Digital product orders are generally delivered within a few minutes of the nominated delivery time, however we do ask for you to allow up to 2 hours during peak periods. Note that some email clients have strong or sensitive security filters which might prevent the email from landing in your inbox; for this reason, be sure to check your junk or spam folder. 


You can resend your digital order yourself through your Event Gift Shop online account. Follow the below steps to make these changes.


1. Log into your Event Gift Shop account (desktop only)

2. Go to 'Your Details'. This is located near your account name (next to the logout button).

3. Click on 'View previous orders'

4. Select the order you wish to resend

5. You will then have the ability to edit email addresses and resend digital voucher orders as you wish.


Physical Postage Orders


For orders sent by post, please ensure you’ve allowed enough time for delivery in line with our delivery timelines. Orders sent by post are processed for dispatch weekly. Estimated delivery time:


  • Express Post: 3-10 business days*


For orders sent by post, we use traceable postage methods in order to protect your order and minimise risk of your product being lost or stolen in transit. As our Gift Card and Voucher products are active upon sale, it’s important for us to be able to verify delivery status where required.
