You can change the date, time, film, or seat of your original booking, provided the new session is the same ticket type. You can’t change your Telstra Plus tickets to a session where the ticket is of a different value.
Bookings can be changed up to 2 hours before your original session start time. If the session is less than 2 hours away, or has already passed, you cannot swap the booking. You cannot change the cinema location for your booking. In either of these instances, you will need to book the correct and intended session with Event Cinemas, and then submit a request for a refund for the incorrect booking.
