Can I swap my booking made with Telstra Plus tickets?

You may be able to change the date, time, film, or seat of your original booking, provided the new session is the same ticket type and of the same ticket value. This option to process an exchange is also dependent on the current status of your original booking.



1. Telstra Booking is more than 2 hours away


If your original booking is more than 2 hours away, you may be able to swap your booking to another available session time. For more information, read I booked the wrong date, time or film online and the session start time is more than 2 hours away. Can I refund or exchange?  



2. Telstra Booking is less than 2 hours away


If your original booking is less than 2 hours away or has already passed, you cannot swap your booking online. For more information, read I booked the wrong date, time or film online and my session is starting within 2 hours. Can I refund or exchange?



3. Telstra Booking has already passed

If your original booking time has already passed, you cannot swap your booking. For more information, read I booked the wrong date, time or film online and the session has already passed. Can I refund or exchange?
