It’s very important that you enter correct recipient details for your order (whether for a postal order or when delivered by email) as we will send to the details that you have provided. We will not be able to assist should the product have been received or redeemed by another party as a result of the wrong details being provided.
Physical Postage Orders
Delivery address may be changed for postal orders if your request has been received before your order has been dispatched. Contact our Customer Service team HERE and be sure to include your order number and the correct delivery details (including business name where applicable) for further assistance.
Digital Email Orders
When logged into your Event Gift Shop account (Desktop only) go to the 'Your Details' section, accessed near the account holder name (next to logout button). Then 'View previous orders' and select the order you wish to change/resend and you will have the ability to edit email addresses and resend digital vouchers as you wish.
