It’s very important that you enter the correct recipient details for your order as it will be sent to the provided details. We will not be able to assist with changes if the product has been received or redeemed by another party as a result of the wrong details being provided.
Physical Postage Orders
A delivery address may be changed for postal orders if your written request has been received before your order has been dispatched. Contact our Customer Service team HERE and be sure to include your order number and the correct delivery details (including business name where applicable) for further assistance.
Digital Email Orders
An email address linked to your digital order can be changed by yourself when logged into your Event Gift Shop account. Follow the below steps to make these changes.
1. Log into your Event Gift Shop account (desktop only)
2. Go to 'Your Details'. This is located near your account name (next to the logout button).
3. Click on 'View previous orders'
4. Select the order you wish to change/resend
5. You will then have the ability to edit email addresses and resend digital voucher orders as you wish.
