Why can't I log in to the Event Gift Shop?

Please note that your Cinebuzz account will not log you into the Event Gift Shop. You will need to create a new Event Gift Shop account during checkout if you have not purchased with the Event Gift Shop before.


If you have tried to make a new account and your email address is 'unavailable' that means an existing account is already set up with your email address. To access your account, click on the ‘Forgotten password?’ link and a new password will be issued. Please note that we can only provide one account per email address.


If you have trouble logging into your account at any time, we recommend checking that your username and password have been entered correctly. Remember that these fields are case sensitive. If you have forgotten your password, visit the Event Gift Shop homepage by clicking HERE, click on the link “Forgot password?” and follow the prompts. If you do not receive the reset password email, because you have since changed your email address, please click HERE for assistance.
