Once a booking has been confirmed online, you can access your tickets in store either physically or digitally.
The booking confirmation is emailed to the email address provided for the booking. Below are a few options for how you can use your booking confirmation to get your tickets on the day of your movie:
1. Add digital tickets to your mobile wallet - The booking confirmation email has an option to add your booking to your mobile wallet. Simply add your booking to your mobile wallet by pressing the option ‘Save to Mobile Wallet’. Then use the booking barcode in your mobile wallet to print off your physical movie tickets in store.
2. Present email confirmation on phone - You can present your booking barcode in store by displaying the confirmation email on your mobile device, to print your physical movie tickets off in store.
3. "Check-In" with the Event Cinemas mobile app - If you are a Cinebuzz member and were logged into your account when you purchased the tickets, you will be able to view your booking on the Event Cinemas app (while logged into your Cinebuzz account), as an ‘Upcoming Order’. You can use the digital order on the app to ‘check in’ to your booking. You will then need to show your ‘checked in’ digital tickets at the gate for entry to the film.
4. Print email confirmation - You can print your booking email confirmation off at home, and scan the barcode in store to print off your physical movie tickets.
If you don’t receive your booking confirmation email, double check your email inbox, and also the spam/junk folders. Check you have waited an hour since submitting your order. Your tickets will be emailed to you instantly however delivery may be subject to your mail server and connection conditions.
