How can I use the online booking confirmation in store?

Once a booking has been confirmed online, you can access your tickets in store either physically or digitally.


The booking confirmation is emailed to the email address provided for the booking. Below are a few options for how you can use your booking confirmation to get your tickets on the day of your movie:


  1. Print email confirmation - You can print your booking email confirmation off at home, and scan the barcode in store to print off your physical movie tickets.
  2. Present email confirmation on phone - You can presend your booking code in store via your email displaying on your mobile device, to print your physical movie tickets off in store.
  3. Add digital tickets to your mobile wallet - The booking confirmation email has an option to add your digital ticket to your mobile wallet. Simply add your booking to your digital wallet by pressing the option ‘Save to Mobile Wallet’, and then use the booking code in your digital wallet in store to print off your physical movie tickets in store.
  4. "Check-In" with the Event Cinemas mobile app - If you are a Cinebuzz member and were logged into your account when you purchased the tickets, you will be able to view your booking on the Event Cinemas app (while logged into your Cinebuzz account), as an ‘Upcoming Order’. You can then use the digital order on the app to ‘check in’ to your booking. You will then just need to show your ‘checked in’ digital tickets at the gate for entry to the film.


If you don’t receive your booking confirmation email, double check the email inbox you entered, particularly the spam/junk folders. You may also need to check other default folders that your email application may use. For example, “Promotions” or “Social” folders.


Check you’ve waited an hour since submitting your order. Your tickets will be emailed to you instantly however delivery may be subject to your mail server and connection conditions.
